No matter what type of birth you have there is a need to heal the body and mind following this life changing experience. With my years of experience of post-natal care as a midwife and health visitor these classes are designed to help you reconnect with your body and breath to aid this vital healing process so you can fully enjoy early parenthood. Come along to breath, stretch, relax and meet other local mums and babies. Ideal from 6wks postnatal or 8wks post caesarian.
