Description
This is a 4 week course, each 60 min session will focus on Pilates strengthening key core areas of the body to support you through pregnancy, labour and your recovery as well as using Yoga poses to help stretch and alleviate any tightness you may experience through your pregnancy. This pregnancy Pilates and Yoga course is suitable for all stages of pregnancy and no previous experience is required.
