Our Stage 1 and 2 Baby Massage and Yoga classes are designed specifically for growing babies who are ready for a bit more interaction and fun. These small, nurturing classes offer a calm and supportive environment where both you and your baby can continue to strengthen your bond while enjoying the many benefits of massage and gentle yoga.

In Stage 2, we focus on providing a full-body massage routine that not only soothes and relaxes your baby but also supports their physical development. Massage helps to improve circulation, boost the immune system, and promote better sleep, all while deepening the connection between you and your baby through the power of touch.

But that’s not all! Our classes are also highly interactive, featuring lots of familiar nursery rhymes that make the sessions even more enjoyable for your little one. Singing and rhyming help to build early speech and language skills, as your baby listens to the sounds and rhythms of your voice. The face-to-face time during these activities encourages two-way communication, laying the foundation for healthy language development.

We keep our classes baby-led, ensuring that each session is tailored to your baby’s needs and comfort. Plus, you’ll enjoy some social time with a nice hot drink, giving you a chance to connect with other parents and find your village.
