Sensory rhyme time is a class which combines familiar songs and rhymes with sensory activities to create a fun and engaging experience for both baby and mum. The benefits for baby are many, improving their social skills whilst providing stimulating activities to aid new learning and development. The benefits for mums are plentiful too, proven to reduce the risk of postnatal depression and to relieve the loneliness often felt after giving birth.
Our classes are focused on baby and mum, ensuring that each get the most out of the classes.
We keep our classes small to create a safe, friendly environment which will not overwhelm baby or mum. The classes are a balanced mix of focused instructor led activities and baby sensory play time to allow mums time to relax and make new friends over a cuppa and maybe a cake or two.
