SAMA PLAY CAFE

Weaning workshop run by a registered Children's Nurse and Health Visitor, ideal for babies around 5m and above. Ideal for parents anxious about introducing solids and the practicalities of it.

We will cover:

• Signs of readiness and current guidelines
• How to introduce solid foods
• Solid foods safety and easing any anxieties
• Different feeding approaches including baby led weaning 
• For babies 6m and above, we will have some simple BLW options to try
• Some free play time for the babies at the end
