Strong Bumps is my new semi private personal training class for mums to be in the Newark area
Semi private personal training gives you all the benefits of 1-2-1 training while still experiencing that ‘class feel’ of exercising with others.
Classes are a 1 hours gym session focusing on engaging your pelvic floor, working on your mobility and functional prenatal training.
We will be going at a suitable intensity suitable for pregnancy and classes are delivered by Sarah, an experienced prenatal exercise specialist.
Groups are limited to 4 people so booking is essential and the blocks are 4 weeks in total.
