During the four-week course, you will acquire valuable insights on various topics such as labour and birth preparation, labour signs, birth choices, the labour process, pain management, complications, and the postnatal phase. This course aims to equip you and your partner with the physical and emotional readiness for childbirth, while also addressing alternative scenarios. Additionally, we offer guidance on caring for your new-born, including feeding and practical care tips.
