Description
A two-week course is available to help you and your birth partner prepare for your elective Caesarean section. This course aims to thoroughly equip you both physically and mentally before the big day, providing a detailed breakdown of what to anticipate before, during and after the procedure, the initial hours of recovery, and how to care for your new-born once you are back home, including feeding and practical care. The course includes valuable guidance on personalising your birth experience and offers practical advice for the early stages of recovery.
