Description
Bring your baby (awake or asleep) when you're ready to start reconnecting to breath and movement after giving birth. Join our supportive and relaxed class where you can feed, change and care for your baby whilst taking time for you. You will be guided through breathing, yoga to target and strengthen all your tight and achey spots, core and pelvic floor exercises, rest and mediation - as well as a few baby-friendly songs and activities to keep your little one entertained. Learn how to integrate your baby into your yoga and help create the beginnings of a love of movement for them by sharing this bonding time together.
Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum for vaginal births and 12 weeks for abdominal deliveries, until walking. New mums, birthing parents, parents and carers of babies are all welcome.
Suitable for 6 weeks postpartum, or from 12 weeks for abdominal deliveries. Mats and props provided, although you are welcome to bring your own, along with a blanket for your baby.
