Description
Yoga during pregnancy is a beautiful way to connect with your breath and body on your pregnancy journey. Pregnancy yoga aims to keep you feeling comfortable, strong and present as you grow and prepare to birth your baby. Release stress and tension as you stretch and move to honour your body's changing needs, and take time for all-important deep rest.
As you grow trust in your baby and body, learn physical positions and breathwork practices that are as helpful to support a calm pregnancy and labour as they are useful to new parents.
Meet a like-minded community of expectant parents locally and make new friends. We also regularly have guest visitors come to share their recent birth stories and open the room up to questions.
Pregnancy yoga is suitable for 12 weeks onwards. Mats and props are provided. Please message with any queries or health concerns.
