Join Alex for a rejuvenating and energizing full-body post-natal workout, thoughtfully designed for you and your baby/toddler! This class prioritizes rebuilding core strength, reinforcing the pelvic floor, and enhancing both lower and upper body strength—all in a safe and supportive environment.
What to Expect:
Full-Body Strength Exercises: Incorporate a mix of core-focused moves, lower body exercises, and upper body strengthening with resistance bands, body weight, and even baby weight for extra fun.
Pelvic Floor Work: Gentle yet effective exercises to help restore pelvic floor health, tailored to your post-natal needs.
Cardio Finisher: If your pelvic floor is ready, end the class with a fun cardio session to boost energy and stamina!
