We are a community of like-minded, local mums connecting through fitness and well-being. 

Led by personal trainer Julie, we come together to release endorphins and share the ups and downs of parenting. 

We believe that your overall health is so much more than just a quick exercise class. 

We focus on engaging your physical, mental, emotional and social wellbeing through a host of exciting workouts, recommendations and social meet ups. 

We understand your needs fluctuate. Some days you will be tired from sleepless nights, on others you will be full of motivation and energy. Each session is adapted to your specific needs. 

As a pre & post natal trained specialist I take into account all aspects of the stage of motherhood you are in.

There are a range of different options from pay as you go on the day, to a membership which takes care of it all.

I also have a number of group sessions each week, as well as options for 1-2-1 or 1-2-2 buddy training at my dedicated home studio in Warsash, Southampton.

Lots of parking plus large hall so you can bring all the baby items you'll need- car seats and pushchairs etc
