Mum & baby strength training to leave you feeling strong, energised and positive.
Strong Mums Club (mum & baby) classes are designed to increase strength, improve fitness, and address post-natal postural issues. This strength focused workout (with a few heart raisers thrown in) uses body weight and resistance bands to rebuild your postnatal body, build strong muscles and kick start your post-natal exercise journey.
This class will help you get back to exercise, get your heart rate up, boost your confidence and get those endorphins flowing in a friendly environment alongside with other mums (and baby's).
Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities, our classes can be adapted to an intensity level that suits you at whatever stage of your postnatal journey you're at.
