Description
Postnatal strength training to rebuild your postnatal body and build lean muscle. Strong Mums Club mum & baby workouts are designed to increase strength, improve fitness and address postnatal postural issues. Suitable for all fitness levels, our classes can be adapted to an intensity level that suits you and will progress in intensity as you get stronger. This class will leave you feeling strong, energised and positive as you head into the rest of your day with your little one.
This class is sadly not suitable for crawlers due to space. If you little one is moving please see our Thursday morning class. :)
