Description
Restore, Strengthen & Stretch is specific to postpartum rehabilitation with an emphasis on reconnecting to and strengthening both you your pelvic floor and core (and helping your heal any diastasis recti). Alongside strengthening the body this class also provides the opportunity to slow down to stretch to get the flow of energy back to those areas of the body that feel stagnant after pregnancy. This class will help you build a strong strong foundation of core strength and feel a little bit more like yourself again. :)
This is a gentle postnatal exercise class suitable from the early stages of postnatal recovery. As with all our sessions we offer a super chilled, baby friendly environment (babies definitely welcome).
This class is taught by Daisy who is a mother of two (her youngest is just four months) and an advanced yoga and fitness instructor. Daisy has a deep and empathetic understanding of how to connect to your pelvic floor and core after pregnancy and birth and has healed her own (8 finger wide...!) diastasic recti twice...
