SUNFLOWER BIRTH, BABY AND WELLBEING

4 week course of 1 hour sessions to guide you through baby massage & reflexology techniques to sooth, settle, calm & connect with your baby. Classes also focus on 4th trimester support & education with postnatal moments for mums. This is a totally baby-led class where responding to your babies needs comes first always. There are no expectations or judgements here, only support, connection & community - come as you are & let me hold the space for you to just be with your baby & to be supported. Free sunflower & jojoba massage oil & a weekly cuppa & chat included.

Bring a baby blanket or towel if you like plus feel free to bring along your own massage oil if you would prefer (coconut oil is included in week 1)
