If you're not quite ready for an aerobic workout or going to the gym, but would like to get back into movement after having your baby, Mamalates with Baby is the class for you.
Mamalates can be equal parts challenging and relaxing, supporting your postpartum recovery with postnatal safe pilates based exercises and stretches designed to rehab your tummy muscles and pelvic floor.
Although this is a class for Mum, your baby can be included/held as much as you like or lie beside you on a mat, in their pram or car seat close by.
• Core & pelvic floor strength, stability, stretching and relaxation focused class
• Suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal birth/ 8 weeks post c-section
• Hold baby or have them beside you on a mat, in their pram or car seat
• Start where you are and progress at your own pace with different intensity options
• One hour class, 6 week block £45
