Description
A fab, fun workout with your child. Enjoy exercise while you bond with your baby, toddler or pre-schooler. Sweaty Mama has music and movements you will both love.
Please note bookings are for 6 consecutive weeks. If you have any holiday let me know at time of booking and I can roll over for you. Any unplanned absences unfortunately can't be rolled over or refunded.
Please ensure you have had your postnatal medical checks and your medical professional has cleared you to return to exercise again before booking.
