Description
My in-person Mum & Baby class will allow you to meet other Mothers, stretch and unwind your body and connect with baby in a joyful and welcoming environment.
We will stretch and strengthen with a focus on the pelvic floor and core muscles. A fun experience for Mum and baby to meet other local mums.
*Bond and communicate with your baby while enjoying postures that are beneficial for you both.
*Gently strengthen and tone muscles and work the pelvic floor while reducing tightness and tension in all areas of the body.
*Socialise and interact with other local mums and babies.
*Learn breathing and relaxation techniques to keep you calm and centred, helping you to relax your mind and body
Babies from 6 weeks to pre-crawling.
Please note, you need to be at least 6 weeks postpartum and 10 weeks if you have had a caesarean delivery. Please ensure you have had your final check from your doctor.
No experience of yoga is necessary and all abilities are welcome.
I supply mats so you do not need to bring one (unless you would like to have extra padding). There is room for buggies inside the studio entrance.

I do not offer cancellations/refunds with less than 24 hours notice. If you know you can no longer make the session in advance of 24 hours please let me know asap via email and I will reschedule for you.
