TAPPY TOES

Tots Toes is a dance and movement class for parent or career, and toddlers from aged 2.5 - 4 years. It is a fun, energetic class encouraging carer participation and has many benefits for the children.

*Tots Toes classes have been developed specifically for ages 2.5 - 4 years.

*Talking to your toddler, playing and signing together has been proven to help brain and body development.

*Clapping and action rhymes help to develop coordination and motor skills.

*Singing and talking to your toddler helps develop communication skills.

*Dance movements and exercises help to strengthen muscles and maintain flexibility.

*The use of props develops fine motor skills and hand/eye coordination.

*Familiarity and repetition is the key to the Under 5's learning.

*Tots Toes classes encourage your child to become more independent in their dancing, in a safe and nurturing environment.

The class consists of a 30 minute structured class followed by 30 minuted free play combined with the Mixed Class.
