We work on strengthening your core and pelvic floor, improving muscle tone, strengthening the back and improving posture, helping to boost energy levels and self-esteem, and not forgetting that all important ‘you time’.
With lots of changes having happened to the body during pregnancy, it’s all about reconnecting the brain back to the muscles and closing everything back down.
