Description
My classes are all about helping you deal with the many changes that are happening during pregnancy, and preparing your body for growing baby. They are formed of gentle exercise, to help strengthen your hips, back and legs, help relieve any pregnancy aches and pains you may have, create space for baby, and also prepare the body for birth. We also have lots of lovely relaxation exercises for that well deserved you time. They are also a great way of meeting other expectant Mums and there is always a real sense of support within the groups. The classes are always a nice small size, which means I have time to give that one-to-one support, and I can tailor the exercises depending on any particular aches and pains you may have that week and how many weeks
