Description
This class is suitable for women in their 2nd and 3rd trimester. We will focus on strengthening and stretching the body to help with aches and pains that can develop during pregnancy. There will be an element of relaxation and breath work during every session to help build a deeper connection with you and your little one.
Pilates is a non-impact workout that increases flexibility, strength and muscle tone, and is safe to practice during pregnancy. Because it focuses on your core, practicing Pilates on a regular basis can improve posture, alleviate backaches, and ultimately help with labor and delivery.
