Tina, your instructor, is a Pilates instructor with 10 years of experience specialising in women's health and wellness. As a new mum herself, Tina understands the unique physical and emotional changes the postpartum period brings. Her postnatal Mum & Baby Pilates classes offer a gentle and supportive way to rebuild strength, improve core stability and ease tension.
These classes are suitable for beginners with a focus on postpartum reconnection, gently strengthening your core and pelvic floor, improving posture and addressing common postpartum discomforts. You'll also learn exercises to safely regain strength and mobility, all while bonding with your baby.
We provide a yoga mat for you and a mat for your baby.
