Description

This 5-week Online course (1.5 hours per session) is
designed for any expecting mum seeking to nurture and refuel their
well-being, reduce fears and worries and prime thoughts for a positive
start to their parental journey. Via grant funding from The National Lottery
Community Fund, this programme is available to women across the UK
and includes a posted art kit. 10 spaces per course. Led by an
HCPC-registered art therapist, this programme has evolved from a 4-year
collaboration with West Middlesex University Hospital's Perinatal team.

Combining art therapy, positive psychology and creative
activity, our uplifting course is designed to nurture and refuel your wellbeing.
Now in its fourth year, The Creative Wellbeing Project is a 5-week course,
(online, 1.5 hours per session) with spaces for 10 participants per program and
includes a posted art kit. Available to women across the UK Donation-based,
self-funded, and fully grant-funded options provided by The National Lottery
Community Fund are all available on this programme. For registration email

emotionally volatile with moods and emotions there one moment and not the
next. At a time like that having a medium to express yourself can be hugely
catalytic. Julia and Andrea are both really gentle and patient. They’re a space
of safety, non-judgmental and wonderful facilitators. They’re always willing to
go the extra mile and stay on after as well to offer resources or just listen. It’s
also really helpful to have other mums go on this journey with you. Their
perspective and the fact that they’re in the same place as you and can relate
to your experience allows to be really seen and understood. I feel lucky to
have encountered this course at the time that I did."
