Daisy Birthing Active Antenatal Flow classes are a new weekly active antenatal class for all those who are pregnant to help you enjoy your pregnancy, stay mobile, enjoy relaxation and mindful movement as you prepare for a confident birth.

When it comes to the early (or in fact any) stage of pregnancy, any number of emotions can overwhelm us: excitement, fear, anxiety, delight, uncertainty, confusion – and these may well be ever-changing! Daisy Active Antenatal Flow classes help all those who are pregnant enjoy a positive pregnancy and prepare for a confident birth.

Our active antenatal flow classes are a powerful step on our continuous perinatal support journey that take the best elements of pregnancy yoga and active birth, wrapping these together in a flowing class that allows you to relax into your changing body and pregnancy with ease.

Daisy Active Antenatal flow classes are for all those who are physically pregnant only, are suitable to attend from 14 weeks pregnant right up until baby’s birth, and are adapted to suit all pregnancy related conditions and birth plans with ease.

Classes are 1hour long and are designed to carry you through from early pregnancy right up until your baby’s birthing day. Classes can be booked in the following formats:

Drop in classes £12.50
Blocks of 6 weeks £60
Blocks of 10 weeks £90
Your class is held on a Thursday evening at 7.30pm at the venue detailed below throughout the year with new participants joining us. On the drop down list you can see all options available. Your start date can be formalised either prior to booking via email or after your booking via email.
