Description
The Dan Tien is a multi-award winning performing arts school based in Watford, Hertfordshire. Preschool Ballet is the perfect class for your child to take their first steps into dance. Taught by qualified and experienced teachers your child will learn the very basics of ballet in a stimulating, fun and relaxed environment. Ballet is a great form of exercise and helps children improve their balance, coordination, gross motor skills, imagination, strength and flexibility. Our classes are crafted perfectly for this age group and include lots of exciting props and wonderful music.
