A 4 week term.
In this 90 minute class we start with a yoga based routine specifically designed to help you cope with the physical changes of pregnancy. We will breathe and stretch our way to calm before covering the basics of a different antenatal topic each week. Finally you will take time to bond with your growing baby and relax through a hypnobirthing script practising our labour breathing and releasing any anxieties. Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy to birth.
