Embrace the transformative journey of mindful breastfeeding for a harmonious and fulfilling experience. This three week antenatal course will give you tools for a feeding journey you deserve. It doesn't matter if you're new to breastfeeding or done it before, these classes aim to support you in making an informed decision on how breastfeeding could work for your family by teaching you to trust your body and baby. Over the three weeks you will learn all about oxytocin, why it's the power house hormone in labour and breastfeeding, how the autonomic nervous system works, what's normal, latching, how to tell baby is getting enough milk, to name a few bits, plus journal writing, affirmations and guided relaxations. The price you pay is for all three sessions and includes the pregnant parent plus a birthing partner.
There is free on site parking at the venue, please be aware that there are some stairs to get up to the room. There is a coffee shop at the venue also for you to purchase any drinks you'd like. The venue takes all methods of card and smart pay.
