Description
This class gives new mothers time to breathe, move and rest with their babies. Specialist yoga sequencing supports mothers in recovering from pregnancy and birth, easing tension in the body from caring for a newborn (think neck, shoulders, back, and hips) while also getting back into shape. For babies, there will be playful movement, songs, and gentle massage to promote sleep, digestion, and overall healthy development.
The class is open to all mothers following their six-week postnatal check. Previous yoga experience is not necessary.
If possible, please bring a blanket for your baby to lie on.
