Description
This class is open for clients who are past their first trimester and have had their 12 week scan.
In the class you will get to work on strengthening exercises and gentle flexibility and mobility appropriate for pregnancy.
The group is maximum 5 people.
You will work on good breathing technique and pelvic floor strength to help with improving balance, strengthening the hips and upper body and use the reformers or wound chair as well as small props to achieve this.
Classes are five people maximum using Pilates equipment
