Through guided discussions and fun collaborative exercises, this class becomes a space for laughter, storytelling, and meaningful moments.
This session is all about honouring the love, strength, and wisdom of mothers in the most touching way.
And mums you might actually enjoy a hot coffee/tea and you might just get a chance to relax amongst other mums.
