Description
The sessions will be focusing on improving core and pelvic floor strength, boosting fitness levels as well as re building full body strength. We want to be able to help new mums to feel their best physically and mentally in the most important time of their life.
We run are Post Natal Classes on Mondays, Wednesdays 12:30-13:30 + Saturdays 11:25-12:15.
