Description

A step by step process to rebuild your core from inside out and return to daily activities and exercise with confidence.

You'll start to feel like your body belongs to you again. You'll learn how to reduce common aches and pains caused by a weak core and how to move more easily, thereby reducing injury.

There will be practical tips and bitesize workouts each week.

Suitable for C-Section too.

A four week postnatal course specially designed to build the foundations of core strength and function. Leave feeling confident about how to engage your stomach muscles, how to strengthen and the signs that an exercise isn't right for you - yet. You can also book individual sessions - message me for details.
