Description
A friendly online fitness session streamed from my home to help you strengthen physically and mentally. Especially at this time, we're very much in need of support, understanding, resilience tactics and motivation to move.
Each class will be recorded so if you don't make it, or miss part of it, the video will be available for 30 days after. If you're lucky, you might catch a glimpse of my crazy furballs too. Or feral children. Best suited for: Newly postnatal women or those looking to return to exercise, regardless of how long ago they had their baby.
There are three parts to this class:
Repair – focusing on reconnecting with your pelvic floor & core muscles and integrating proper breathing techniques for optimal function
Restore – re-strengthening the areas specifically weakened by pregnancy
Retrain – getting you ‘fit for purpose’ so you’re strong enough and mobile enough to meet the physical demands of being a mum to a growing child.
We'll be in the room at the back of the church. Please come in through the green doors near the cafe. Buggies can be brought in, and if babies don't want to hang out in their buggy, or on the mat beside you, you're more than welcome to carry your baby or have them in a sling. Please make sure you fill out the PARQ form and join the WhatsApp group before you come.
