Description

This course consists of 1 hour per week over a 4 weeks period. The course is a group course which will be beneficial for building a community of caregivers. Throughout this course you will be introduced to the history and benefits of Infant Massage. Each week building up the massage strokes learnt in order to help with digestion troubles, common ailments and muscle strengthening. The positive touch use through infant massage aids better communication, attachment, bonding and sleep.

This course is ideal for baby's from 6 weeks to pre crawling.
