Description
Pregnancy/prenatal yoga can be practiced by those new to yoga as well as experienced yoga practitioners. It is recommended that practice begins in the second trimester, ideally from 14 weeks. Classes include breathwork, modified asana/yoga positions and always end with an indulgent restorative posture and guided relaxations. Pregnancy classes also offer a sense of community and a space where you can connect with your baby/babies and other Mums.
