Description

Explore topics that allow you to share your experiences if motherhood, whatever point you are at, in a safe and judgement free space.

We begin with a relaxation or mediation and ceremonial cacao, then move into a sharing circle and often have short creative exercise, such as journalling.

Babes in arms welcome, but sadly we cannot accommodate crawling or walking babies.
