Postnatal yoga can help heal your body after birth, increase fitness and strength, ease aches and release worries and stress.
We focus on strengthening the core, pelvic floor and helping stretched tummy muscles.
A great way to make friends with other local parents too.
Suitable from 6-8 weeks after vaginal birth/c-section.
