If you'd like to learn the essential foundations of postnatal healing in a beautiful relaxing setting outside in a covered garden then this is the course for you!
When we reconnect to ourselves through movement and the breath, we start to feel much better in our new bodies, this improves our confidence and energy, always something high on my list as a mama.
You will practice a weekly SE23 Studio class within small groups to ensure personal attention and progression.
It can transform our days when we release tension so we can be present for our family.
These classes will help you create short pockets of time for yourself, to reconnect to the new you in an enjoyable, safe and sustainable way.
Its recommended women begin gentle movement after six weeks and their midwife, doctor or pelvic health specialist says it's safe to do so.

Access to the studio and garden will be through the white side gate which will be left open 5 - 10 minutes before class and throughout the class so don't worry about being late.
Arrive early to feed your baby or get settled.
Bring any toys your baby likes and a blanket or muslin to place on my blankets.
