This workshop is suitable for families who breast feed or bottle feed. Through this 90min workshop you will learn:

- The signs your baby is ready for solids
- What the research says about when and how to start
- The types of nutrition a baby needs
- Baby led and Purees
- Homemade and shop bought
- Safety
- Making food fun and sociable

Price is per family and the course is limited to 10 families.
