Description
This is a fun movement to music class for grownups to take some gentle exercise, get the positive energy flowing, and meet some new friends, while their babies are snuggled safely in a sling or carrier. We learn and dance to a range of hits from across the decades with easy to learn routines that are designed specifically with the postpartum period in mind, and to be done whilst carrying your baby in a back or front carry.
Classes are taught by a trained Babywearing Peer Supporter, so if you require help with your sling, then don't hesitate to ask.
We follow with some social time, a hot drink (for the grownups) and a rest!
There is free parking adjacent to the Church, and plenty of room inside if you need to bring pushchairs, prams or car seats etc.
