Description
Our pregnancy yoga class includes flowing movement safe for pregnancy, designed to keep you supple and strong. The class will give you the space to slow down, help reduce any stress and anxiety, as well as connect with your growing baby. We will introduce breathing techniques to use during birth and beyond, and those all important pelvic floor exercises.
Classes are suitable from 12 weeks into your pregnancy, or earlier if you have a regular yoga practice already. Our small group classes are a lovely way to find that supportive community of mamas-to-be, and after each class you're welcome to take away a complimentary nourishing hot drink.
Classes are £25 per session or you can buy a block of 6 for £120 making it only £20 per session.
