Join our Wednesday class with Mathilde the owner of Training Points. She specialising in Pre and Post Natal.
This class focusing on new mums, and mums with Diastasis Recti or weak abdominals. As well as supporting the pelvic floor. Any mum and their babies are welcome. its a great foundation for re building the rectus abdominals and starting back into fitness after having a baby. You will get a great workout for the full body.
Book in advance the classes are popular.
You can book up to 30min before and cancellation policy with 12 hours notice.
