WELL BEING LIFE COACH

A 6 week course (1h30 per week) that will help you generate better relationships with your children and partners, mutual respect and improved communication.
You will get many tools you can use at home straight after each session.
We will talk about how to:
- get into your child’s world
- invite cooperation
- encourage, encourage, encourage
- be kind and firm at the same time
- set your limits
- prevent arguments
- express your feelings and emotions
- self regulation (how to come down when triggered)
- be patient and consistent
- learn from mistakes
- take care of yourself and be kind with yourself
- understand the belief behind the behaviour
- connect with your children (always connection before correction)
- let the message of love get through
- focus on solutions
- create an environment where children feel safe to express their thoughts and feelings.
