Description
In a warm, safe and inclusive environment, we begin with an introduction to you and your growing bump. The class then starts with Alignment, Breathing and Activation of your core (ABC). We follow this with a series of movements, pelvic floor exercises and finally some relaxation.
By the end of the class, you will feel lengthened, relaxed and energised. Furthermore, you'll find this a great opportunity to meet like-minded 'mums-to-be' (and take a much-needed time out from your busy life)!
