Description
A new concept in parent and baby classes. Tree Babies is here to support your wellbeing through connection with nature, your baby and other parents.
During the session we practice grounding techniques, forest bathing/nature walk with your little one, nature crafts and lots of tea and chat. This is a safe, welcoming space for you to explore your journey into parenthood.
Come along, make some friends, introduce your baby to nature and give yourself some me time.
