Description
Join Yoga Alliance-qualified teacher Ellie for Mum & Baby Yoga in Hurstpierpoint and Burgess Hill, West Sussex. This is a chance to stretch, breathe and move your body in a friendly and nurturing environment. Combining gentle post-natal yoga and pilates-based movement with baby massage, song and sensory play, this friendly class is the ideal way to regain post-natal strength, bond with your baby and meet other new mums.
Suitable for all mums following their 6-8 week post-natal GP check, and babies up until they're pulling themselves up!
