Description

Babies respond to rhythm, song and movement. They love the interaction, balance of stimulation and relaxation throughout the classes. You will also benefit from time to focus on yourself as well as your baby, taking care of your body as you look after your baby.
These classes run as six week blocks and booking for the term is necessary.
