YOGABELLIES

Expect giggles, lots of yoga, a chance to escape and stretch and move your body!

This class is more mummy focused than the Mum & Baby classes as it features mats in the middle with toys on for the babies to explore, whilst we do yoga round the edge. As the babies are a little older, they're generally quite happy playing allowing you to actually get something done for you.

This is a very laid back class, as with all my classes, you do not need to have done yoga before, the postures are easy to follow and we always have a giggle at what the babies are getting up to whilst we're doing it.

The class then ends with a wonderful sensory fuelled relaxation involving lights, bubbles and music for you both to enjoy together - followed by time for a natter huddled round the (baby friendly) fairy lights bonding over sleep deprivation and various other parenting woes!
